When I send an email with a html signature file added to it, the recipient,
get the word [SPAM] infront of the subject in the subject line. I send only
one mail to one person. Is there any thing I can do to fix this?

Use a plain text signature of 4 lines or less
and you will probably not be marked as spam

Other than not using the sig or removing whatever the Spam filter finds
objectionable in the sig, no. A spam filter on recipient's end (whether on
his machine or the mailserver) is adding the [SPAM] marker.

something in the receivers system is marking it as spam.
might be a virus program.

ask the receiver.
