html signature file for outlook express

When I send an email with a html signature file added to it, the recipient,
get the word [SPAM] infront of the subject in the subject line. I send only
one mail to one person. Is there any thing I can do to fix that.

That's added by the mail provider - not a Windows issue.

Is there any thing I can do to fix that.

Do not use a HTML signature file.

notice that this group's title LACKS that.
