HTML mail recieved as RTF format

Hi

I am compposing an E-mail in HTML format. And when I send
it to a person; he recieves the mail in rich text format
(rtf) and is not able to read it properly and also he
recieves and attachment with mail called winmail.dat. I
tried modified all settings in the outlook and no change.

pls help in this.

You're probably using Word as e-mail editor. Don't.

pls help in this.

Send e-mail in plain text format.

You should clear flag "Always send to this recipient in Microsoft Outlook
rich-text format" in the recipients options when composing email.
