Outlook 2000 rtf html plain very slow

Hello

The problem is very slow opening mail message:

User have in Outlook 2000 setting mail format : HTML



When user opening incoming mail which is in HTML that is ok

Bat when he try open mail that is in rtf or plain text, mail opening very
long (5 sec)

Next when that user opening another mail in HTML mail opening very long (5
sec)

Next when that user opening another mail in HTML is OK..



Where is the problem ???
