HTML links in e-mail

Hello all,

When I get email with highlighted hot links(web addresses), I can
not get them to open a new browser window when I click on them. They do
nothing. This use to work. Does anybody know what the setting is to make
this happen?


I use Windows 200 Pro and Outlook Express.
