html frame printing greyed in outlook 2003

This seems a screaming problem with Outlook 2003.

Most of my users can't print HTML emails properly because the print options
for "print frame" are greyed out with print each frame on a seperate page as
the default. Hence a one paragrah page prints out of 9 pages with one or two
words on each.

All have latest SP and updates done.

That option is greyed out because it has no function. So what is selected is
being ignored.

Without further info about the structure of your e-mail it is hard to tell
what the actual cause might be.

OK... our system is such

3 Doman servers (2003) in 3 sites running a wan (vpn). One server runs
Exchange 2003 of which everybody picks up email and stored in local pst.
Running Active Directory.

Clients are using Outlook 2003 with Exchange accounts. Printing is done
through print queues on each server.

Hope that hlps
