HTML Format

I am using Outlook 2002 and all my incoming messages that
are sent in HTML format are received and displayed as
plain text. Cannot find and setting on menus to change so
files are received in correct format.

Tools > Options > Email Options

uncheck: "Read all standard mail in plain text".

That option is available in Outlook Express not in Outlook
2002. When I open Options not there.

Outlook 2002 has a "ReadAsPlain" registry setting that can be defined to
cause this. See
