We are using Outlook 2003. All messages are received in plain text.
How do we change Outlook to receive messages in HTML format?

Thanks

1. Do you have Outlook set to read all email in plain text?
2. Are the messages sent in HTML?
3. Do you have an AV or anti-spam program that converts the HTML?

What I thought was the setup for receiving HTML was for outgoing
email. I don't know where to setup to recieve email as HTML not plain
text.
2. Are the messages sent in HTML? Yes

3. Do you have an AV or anti-spam program that converts the HTML?
No we are using Symantec Corporate AV.

Thanks

1. There is a check mark in one of the options dialogs to "read all mail as plain text" but for the life of me, I forget where it is in Outlook 2003.

Thanks John, I have been using 2007 so long that the locations of things in older versions gets confusing. That, plus an advancing case of CRS...
