html format in emails

I am attempting to send an email in html format but I lose some of the
formatting specifically text boxes. I have recently upgraded to Outllook 2003
and my old way of doing it doesn't work. I used to save the Word doc and then
format the email as html. Can anyone guide me to correcting this problem?

I don't ever send HTML messages, but I understand the following may be of
