HTML form E-Mails

I am using Outlook 2003 with Word as my default editor and HTML format.
Everything works fine except when I send a file in an E-Mail directly from
Explorer. My message opens in text format. I can manually change to HTML, but
is there any way to change this to HTML default?

No, this is because Explorer will only launch a stub of Outlook. You'll
notice it will also not load your default signature and such.
