HP'S make me buy homepage

please tell the proper person who takes care of these
matters or e-mail me at (e-mail address removed) and
tell me how to get an unauthorized home page called
homesearch OFF my PERSONAL computer now in CA or
somewhere where the PRIVACY act is enforced this is
unheard of!!It is called res://mshp.dll/index.html#22776,
obviously standing for microsoft hewe/pack. Now if this
is not off my computer in a couple days I am contacting
the FCC I have tried to contact everyone i can at hp and
the page privacy..I am knocked off when I change to the
Homepag I want it goes right back to this one...no
choice...if I am surfing it knocks me off and I cannot
even get off the page it stays on the nasty advertising
of what I want to enlarge....I do not want to see any of
this now take this page off now...if it was put on my IP
it can be taken off. it may very well be coming from the
same place I have to send error reports to all day. I
have had this computer for under two years and it stayed
tore up constantly the cd player burned out now I cannot
even get on my e-mail in peace...and it is a hp
everything computer!!! STOP THIS PLEASE.
