hp psc 750 scanner won't work with xp

My scanner was working with Millenium but since
installing XP only the copier and printer works. I have
been told by my OEM that a patch is available but I can't
find it anywhere. Can anyone help??

Let's see...you want a patch for a *HP* MFD...have you tried Epson's
website?

Hi Kent --

It sounds like you did a system migration from Windows ME to Windows XP.
That means that the Windows ME driver was also migrated from Windows ME --
but it doesn't necessarily work very well.

You will want to completely uninstall the PSC-750 driver that came from
Windows ME. HP support can help you do that. Then, you can make use of the
PSC-750 driver that's built into Windows XP. Your scanning should be back to
normal.
