HP PSC 1315 problem please help

Hi Everyone

I have a problem with my hp psc 1315 i can't print or scan.I tried
uninstalling/installing driver and still can't solve the problem.I even
uninstalled/installed driver of universal serial bus still no avail. I'm
using windows xp professional version 2002 with no service packs.Any help
would be appreciated.Thank you in advance.
 
Try installing the Service Packs, they solve a multitude of problems.
