Hp printer problem

i was printing out a document but i printed the wrong one and i tried to
cancel it.
now the document list for the printer shows under the status column that the
document is printing and deleting at the same time.


does anyone know how to fix this???

Shut down and restart Windows. Upon start-up, use My Computer or Windows
Explorer to navigate to the spool directory and delete all files found
there.

The spool directory is usually c:\windows\system32\spool\printers
