HP LaserJet 4345 MFP - Fax Activity Log (Communication Errors)

I have a few communication errors that nobody seems to know (including
HP) what they are. We are receiving timeouts (18secs) for incoming
faxes and they are all pointing to "Communication Error (2)". I have
called HP support and they have no ideas at what this is. Anyone
think they have an idea?
