HP instant support

When I try to use the HP instant support it claims that there's No internet
connection detected and then to Log on with your internet provider, and saved
messages will be sent automatically. Any ideas?... otherwise the internet
works great and this support used to work until I did a System Rcovery about
2 months ago.
