Unable to print Notepad document. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft
and HP
printer drivers. Problem remains -- any other suggestions?

It won't print from Notepad, WordPad or Microsoft. Seems like it
won't ptint pure text. Does print e-mail and web data.

Err... from Microsoft what?

Could you try printing from....

Paint
Word
Excel
a third party graphics application

I'm presuming you have new cartridges in it and both color and black have
plenty of ink.

Sorry -- should have been Microsoft Word. Don't use Paint, Excel or Third
Party Graphics Applications. Can you provide me with a link to print another
test page?
