HP CD-Writer

Hi there,

I have just reinstalled my Windows 2000 Prof.
and installed service pack 2.

When I reinstalled the software for my HP CD-Writer including Easy CD
Creator it says that it can't run correctly under this operation system.

When I start Easy CD Creator it hangs and it doesn't come any further than
the splash screen. To terminate program I have to go through the task
manager and kill the task.

Does anyone know why I can't use the software for my HP CD-Writer device?

Easy CD Creator version 3.5b or earlier and DirectCD version 3.0 or earlier
are not compatible with Windows 2000. What version are you running>
