HP 930C only prints after restart

After I give the print command, the job appears in queue with blank status.
Only after restarting (and with no intervention), the print job starts
automatically.

Downloaded new drivers from HP, didn't help.

What to do? TIA.

Your print spooler was not activated or stopped. Next time that happens
go to: Start>Run>type NET START SPOOLER and press OK.
