HP 930 printer cartridge

My color cartridge for my HP 930C showed out of ink. I got a refill kit
and refilled and replaced the cartridge back in printer.
Now the printer tells me i have a noncompatible cartridge installed .....
how does the printer know i refilled it ???
Any way to override this wierd printer action ??

Try resetting the cartridge.
Almost all inkjets have chips in them that have to be reset making it
harder for people to refill cartridges. Dont want them saving money on
ink !
