HP 500- s/w help needed

Hi! Got HP Desk Jet 500. Lost my software CD and after reinstalling Win2K
can, scan anything. Called HP they don,t support this model anymore.
Any place where I can d/l dcanner driver and scanning software for this
model?

The HP DeskJet 500 is a Printer not a scanner.
If you are talking about some HP scanner, you have the model wrong.

HP scanners are called Scanjet xxxx where the x's are 4 digits. There is
also the LaserJet series of all-in-ones.

You already have the software for the HP DeskJet Printer. Windows 2000 and
Windows XP have built in drivers for that model.
