howI cant delete the heeders

I cant delete the heeders, maybe because the original
message is delegated from the server by another program.
How can I delete ?
 
What version of Outlook? Are you using an Exchange remote, IMAP, Hotmail, or
POP account? What steps are you taking to produce this behavior? We need
more info.
