How uninstall problematic drivers??

hi guys
I installed a new drivers for Xerox M20i and the instalation was without problem but when user try to print , they can't print with de following error in the eventvwr:
Faulting application explorer.exe, version 6.0.3790.1830, faulting module wcm20.dll, version 0.3.0.0, fault address 0x0001368f.

How can i uninstall this drivers???
any help???

Control Panel / Printers / File / Server Properties

Highlight the driver you want to uninstall. You may need to delete the
printer first.

If you receive a message about the printer being busy, open up a Command
Prompt, and enter the commands "net stop spooler" and then "net start
spooler", and then try to uninstall the drivers again.
