im running xp home and i cant start my comp in any mode it
frezzes up i dont have any disk to load but win 98 how can
i load win 98?????

Boot to a win9x floppy boot disk, run Fdisk, delete partitions, create new
partitions, reboot to boot disk again, run format, switch to cdrom using the
cd command, run setup.exe.
