Hi,
I had dual boot system with WindowsXP and Redhat Linux. Basically I
installed Linux on second hard drive and on the same second hard drive I have
some space with NTFS formatted partition and mapped it as G:. Everything was
running fine till today.
Today I was trying to make a new partition on the second drive(there was
still some free space left out) and I screwed it someway. Now when I
rebooted my machine with windwos it is rebooting properly, but it does not
show up the second drive NTFS partition at all.
Even when I tried from Disk Management utility, I dont see the second hard
drive. Strangely I do see the second hard in Device manager -->Hard disks.
Can anyone please tell me what might have happened and
1. how I can recover atleast the NTFS partition(It is fine even if I lose
all Linux related data/partitioning)
2. what I should do to see the second disk drive in Disk Management Utility.
Thanks in advance,
