How to use Set Program Access

Hi,

I am using XP Professional english version, I want to setup the open jpg
file through Control panel\add remove programs\set program access and
defaults button on the left.

Please help me

You don't give much in the way of details. Right click a Jpeg file - Open With - Browse and tick Always Use This Program.
