How to use remote assistant

Is there a webpage that has clear instruction as to what is required when
setting up Remote Assistant. What one expect to see? What operating sys is
compatibale(sp) with another? What can be performed on the other computer?

I have hi-speed and can download quickly, but when I try to help others it
may take vast amount of time to correct or download updates at 56K.

Would like to know how to help these less knowledgeable than I, but without
having to travel or waste much time.

Lastly, no I am not in business and do not charge to help my community learn.
