How to use Outlook so anyone in office can answer emails

I have three people in office and I want to use a email name like
(e-mail address removed) where questions come in from site. I need to have
anyone that can to answer questions from this account and all to see that is
was answered so we do not.

Open the mailbox as an additional mailbox using the Account Advanced
settings. Do this for each person you want to have access to the mailbox.
Then give them "send as" rights on the mailbox.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

Since it is a common mailbox that each has opened on their machine, when
they change views or otherwise refresh the mailbox, yes to the best of my
knowledge.
