Hi Kamee

First..you can not uninstall IE/OE from XP, it is a core part of the
program, although, you can repair it. You don't mention the problems you are
having, and what is causing you to feel it necessary to remove IE. If you
would explain the problem(s) you are having perhaps we can help you resolve
them.

However, if you wish to repair IE, here are the instructions on how to do
that.

Make sure your anti-virus is turned off.
