How to Undo "Network Setup Wizard"

I am going crazy with this thing and need some help from Microsoft.

I'm a local tech for my county (100,000 people) and my phone has been
ringing off the hook with people running the Network Setup Wizard since SP2
and trying to share something. Because of it poorly worded "walk through
choices" people are breaking everything (existing shares, internet access).

How can I undo the changes made by the Network Setup Wizard? I have gone
through every Networking Option/Trick and none of them work. What's the
deal? Why doesn't Microsoft create a reapir tool to fix this huge problem?
Even System Restore will not roll these settigs back. Is there any fix for
this?
