Network Setup Wizard doesn't work

I have Windows XP Home (w/ SP2 installed) on my PC. I'm trying to set up a
network where wireless connecting laptops can use the printer that is USB
connected to the PC. The PC and laptops are sharing the internet connection
through a wireless router (Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router WRT54G). The
shortcuts/links in my control panel, "Network Setup Wizard" and "Set up a
home or small office network", do not do anything. It's as if the program no
longer exists on my PC. I've tried to locate the Network Setup Wizard
program on the Windows XP cd, but have had no luck finding the executable
file to run (i.e. re-install this program). I've also created a networking
profile on a USB storage device from a laptop and tried installing/extracting
it on the PC...but this was only a profile for the PC to use to create the
network settings more quickly. Can anyone help me with getting the Network
Setup Wizard working again or at least re-installing it without re-installing
Windows XP?

You can run the Network Setup Wizard directly. Its file name is:

C:\Windows\System32\Netsetup.exe

If that doesn't do anything, either, you can set up the network
manually. Open the Printers and Faxes folder, right-click the
printer, and share it.
