How to turn off auto blocking of received email pictures?

Outlook 2002. I use to have a pop up that asked if I want to download
pictures. Now this pop up doesn't come up and pictures in emails come up
with the red X. I want to know how to get the pop up option back or just
turn off auto blocking all together.

Tools>Options>Security>Change Automatic Download Settings for OL 2003. I'm
not at a 2002 system at the moment, but the Security tab would be the place
to look.

Thank you.. I did read that elsewhere too but I am not finding the "Download
settings" in the security tab.... perhaps 2002 didn't have that there???

Anyone else??
