How to turn of the message header on incoming mail on outlook '03

Please tell me how to turn off the headers on my incoming email just need
subject line and time,date,content, who from. No separate header.
 
Do you mean the Reading (preview) Pane? To turn it off just select
View>Reading Pane and Off.
