Add headers to outgoing email

On my incoming emails, the header info prints (sender, date, who it's to &
subject). But on my new outgoing mail, when I print it before sending, there
is no header info such as the date & time. I would like this info in a
default header so if I print a hard copy, it's there.
I've tried setting up my headers for any NEW MAIL I create but it's not
working.
????

you'll need to print it after sending, although it might work before sending
if you use the outlook editor instead of word.
