How to transfer Label?

I've been transferring Outlook info between 2 pc's via an IPAQ 5450
Pocket PC. Have worked out many issues, but during transfer, in
calendar, the label (color of cakendar item) is not transferred.

any ideas how to make this transfer?

Active Sync 3.7.1 (downloaded newest avail version) problem occurred
w/ older 3.5 and w/ 3.7.1.

ActiveSync does not transfer color label informaiton.
