MS Calendar MS Outlook on Desktop->PDA->Laptop and back [ Color Lables are LOST ]

Given my Desktop MS Calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2002,
I am able to use the calendar color coding for Labels.

I can transfer (sync) the data to my PDA (Toshiba E740),
then I can transfer (sync) my data to my laptop which also has
MS Calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2002.

However, when I use MS Calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2002 and I
color code labels on the desktop - I lose the color coding on the laptop
after I sync the calendar items.
Or when I use color code labels on the laptop - I lose the color coding on
the desktop
after I sync the calendar items.
For each case, the color remains on the orginal machine, it does not
transfer during the sync.

Does anyone know how to retain the color labels between sync's?

It's up to the sync utility to determine what data the tool will transfer. Apparently, your utility does not transfer the color label information.
