How to transfer a list of new contacts to the address book?

Dear reader;

Suppose that we have a long list new contacts in our inbox or sent item
folder. How is this possible transfer the list of their emails to our address
book or even into an excel file?

depends how to addresses are formated in the mail msg, as to whether you
could add them to your contacts individually.
You might be able to copy them all to an excel spreadsheet, then ammend the
column titles so that you finishup with a sheet formatted in such a way that
outlook can import
