How to synchronize two PST files?

Hello all
Outlook 2003/Win XP PRO

I did a copy of my PST file (around 1.5Gb) in my laptop for travel reasons.
After I worked in both files adding and deletting e-mails... Now, is
impossible to work.. how can I synchronise this data?
