How to synchronize passwords in AD and NDS

With Windows 95 we used "Masterpass" to synchronize
passwords between NT and Novell but this doesn't work
anymore. Now we are going to migrate to Windows XP and
Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, I can't find another
solution for this problem.
Is it possible to get the job done in Active Directory or
do I need a separate tool, does anyone know such a tool?

For full bi-directional password synchronization between multiple
heterogeneous systems - you may wish to look at products such as P-Synch by
M-Tech (http://www.p-synch.com)

(Other 3rd party products and solutions are available)
