#How to stop someone from deleting history, cache#

Hi,
Does anyone know how to stop someone from deleting the
pages in the history folder, as well as the cache?

I think you can download and install spybot. Once you run it, you can turn
off the General tab under Internet Options. I've seen a lot of people here
ask about the General tab not available and answers to them to check if
Spybot is running.
