how to stop Outlook to finding the user from the Active Directory?

Hi all,

When you enter a email address to Outlook, if it find the user from the
contact or Active Directory, normally i will replace the email address with
the username, I would like to stop outlook doing that. How can i stop that,
where can i set that?

For Outlook 2003 (and 2002, I think), that would be Tools>Options>E-mail
Options>Advanced E-mail Options>uncheck "Automatic name checking"
