How to stop names/addresses from popping up?

Hi everyone,

We recently deleted/removed an e-mail account on Outlook and added another.
However - now whenever I start entering a name/address in the "to" box,
names/addresses from my old account keep popping up - even though they've
been deleted from (or were never in )the contacts list.

1) how do I stop this from happening?
2) is there any way to have the addresses that are in my contact book pop up
like that?

1. 'Tools|Options|Preferences tab|E-mail Options|Advanced E-mail Options',
uncheck the "Suggest names while completing To, CC, and BCC fields". If you
just want to remove addresses from the AutoComplete cache, select the name
and press the Delete key.
