How to stop CPURocket pop-up

I keep on getting this pop-up:

"Would you like to install the trial version of the CPURocket computer
accelerator? This utility can significantly increase your coputer's
performance and is completly free."

Can someone please help me stop this?

Download and run both Ad-aware (

Spybot Search and Destroy (
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/download/index.html ). And run both of
these once a week or so to keep your computer clean of spyware / malware.
