How to start and stop Terminal Services in win2000 server?

Hi everybody!

I wonder how to start/stop the Terminal Services in win2000 server? "net
start/stop" doesn't seem to work and the start/stop service button in
Service Manager is disabled!!!

This is by design. You cannot stop this service. The only way to restart it is to reboot the box.
