When I first boot up and open Outlook I get a screen to enter id and
password. Outlook then opens. If I close Outlook and then try to open it
again it won't connect to the exchange server and I don't get the
authentication screen unless I reboot. How do I sign on each time? BTW I
use a VPN client and have no problem connecting to my server with it.

When you close Outlook, does the outlook.exe process actually stops before
you start Outlook again?

I assume so as it could be hours between the two attempsts.

Verify if it indeed does in Task Manager.

It doesn't end - it was still showing as running in Task Manager Processes.
Do I have to go to Task Manager everytime and kill the process?
Also, how to kill the wizard for installing business contact manager from
opening every time I open Outlook?
