How to show StandBy, Turn off, restart buttons instead of menu ?

Hi all,

My computer shows 3 buttons when I go to shutdown: stand by, turn off,
restart. My new pc shows a drop down menu when I go to shutdown. How can I
make it look like the three buttons ?
