I work in a company with 8 persons. I am tired of sending cc to
everybody.
I would like to save all messages in a directory. Just as i do with my
Worddocuments: just "save as file".
Is there a solution for this. I don't want the same folder structure in
Outlook, I do already have such a structure in Windows Explorer!

Lex,
I recognize your problem and our company looked for a program that
really works and also was not too expensive. We found a computer
program called: MailToFile. This program enables you to file all your
incoming and outcoming mail into a directory of your choice. Now it is
easy for us to file all correspondence at the right client. In our
company we do not send any copies anymore, because all is retrievable
in our client directory.
The company who developed and sells the product is Joules Unlimited in
Utrecht in the Netherlands. If you send them a mail you will receive a
demo version free of charge!
You can send an email to: (e-mail address removed)
