John D.
I have a number of different POP e-mail accounts and I would like to
set Outlook 2003 up in such a way that I can easily:
(a) receive e-mails from each account into a separate inbox or
directory (i.e. be able to tell from the directory structure which
account an incoming mail was sent to)
(b) when replying to e-mails, have them appear to come from the
account to which the original mail was sent
(c) for new emails, be able to specify the account from which they are
to be sent
If Outlook won't enable me to do this, can anyone recommend an e-mail
client that can (I'm currently using an ancient version of Netscape
Communicator that can at least do this but is lacking in other areas).
Many thanks in advance,
John
