how to share a folder from admin to limited

I have a program in admin account in c:\program files.How do I give permission for the limited account to use.I also want it to start at startup.

I might be wrong here, but I think you can right click the .exe file you
want to run, select 'run as...' and then select the user account.

Putting a shortcut to the program in the StartUp folder of the Start menu
should start it automatically.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
