How to setup config.sys

Hi,

I want to add 1 line to config.sys for the CLIPPER program.

Files=250

But after added this, the program still prompted error.
The error is casused by file handler not enough.

So, please help how to solve this problem.

Greetings --

WinXP does not read or otherwise use Config.sys. An empty file of
that name is present only to provide backwards compatibility for
legacy applications that require the presence of the file. Make the
necessary changes to C:\Windows\System32\Config.nt, instead.
